Dates were chosen by the students for the fall driver’s ed class. The next class meeting will be on Saturday, October 14, 9-11:45 a.m. The class is scheduled to end on Saturday, November 11 unless teams are involved in a playoff game that involves some of the participants. A make-up date was chosen. There is space for additional students to participate if they can make the remaining class meetings. The Point of Impact class for the parents will be during the final class session. It lasts 90 minutes. The class chose 2 evenings, 4 Saturdays and 4 meetings times that start at 4 p.m.

ECFE Babies class on Saturday, October 14, 9:30-10:30 a.m.
Smart Driver Renewal class on Monday, October 23, 1-5 p.m.
Smart Driver First Time class on Saturday, October 28, beginning at 8 a.m.
All Day Quilting on Saturday, October 28, 8 a.m.-4 p.m.
The Non-Healthcare/Daycare Providers CPR Training is Wednesday, October 25, 6:30-10:30 p.m. Register online at www.sleepyeyeambulance.org
Whenever tickets are reserved for events, there is usually an early deadline. In some cases, vendors allow an extra week to get final numbers together. For the outing to the Chanhassen on Wednesday, November 15 to see “Sister Act”, the deadline is October 16 as the Chanhassen usually requests participant numbers a month ahead of time.
Redwood Falls Community Education also has a couple of fall trips needing reservations early. The first is to Cirque Du Soleil – CRYSTAL at the Target Center on Sunday, November 12. Worldclass ice skating, surreal aesthetics and artistic prowess fuse together in this production. The group will be attending a 1 p.m. matinee. Motor coach pick-up will be in Fairfax at 10 a.m. The second outing is to “The Phantom of the Opera” at the Orpheum Theatre on Wednesday, December 20, 7:30 p.m. show. Motor coach will again stop in Fairfax at 3:30 p.m. with return at midnight. Deadline to register is October 27. Contact Redwood Falls Community Education to register, 507-644-8024.
