Our successful Cross Country season wrapped up with an awards ceremony. We honored our athletes for the hard work and ded- ication that they showed throughout the season.
Our letter winners were: Teresa Fischer, Millie Lax, Emma Hagen, Max Fischer, Raul Rodriguez, Levi Hagen, Ozeil Lozano, Eli Christensen, Eli Pyan, Austin Forster and Anton Pyan.
The team captains this year did an amazing job leading warm ups, stretches, cool downs and team prayers. Teresa Fischer led the girls team, and Raul Rodriguez led the boys team.
Our most valuable players often led our team in rac- es, Emma Hagen and Max Fischer took this honor. All Conference winners were Max Fischer, Levi Hagen, Millie Lax and Emma Hagen.
Academic All Conference winners are athletes in 10th
– 12th grades with a 3.75 GPA or higher. Teresa Fischer, Millie Lax and Levi Hagen received this honor.
Our seniors, Anton Pyan, Austin Forster and Teresa Fischer will be missed next year, but we are looking forward to seeing what we can do on the CC courses next year with lots of strong runners returning!
