Graveside service will be 11 a.m. on Saturday, August 8, 2026 at the Sugar Bush Cemetery in rural Bemidji.
Minnesota Valley Funeral Homes of New Ulm are assisting her family.
Anna is survived by her daughters, Tina Hooks of New Ulm and Ann (Scott Egge) Adams of Wadena; grandson, Zachary Hooks of New Ulm; sisters, Bethany (Dave) Norenberg of Cass Lake, Marie Jenkins of Raymond, WA, and Kathy Law of Bemidji; brother, Lyle (Missy) Peterson of Warroad; and numerous nieces, nephews, and other relatives.
She was preceded in death by her parents, Earl & Delores; and a daughter, Brenda Adams.
Anna Louise Peterson was born on March 29, 1960 to Earl & Delores (Costello) Peterson. Anna enjoyed spending time with her family and friends over the years. She knew how to make a lasting impact on anyone that was in her life. She enjoyed watching her grandson and other kids who called her grandma grow up. She really liked when she was able to get her hair dyed different colors.
