Gustavo Flores, the son of Ismael Flores and Antonia Cordova de Flores, was born on September 28, 1986, in McAllen, Texas. He moved with his family to Sleepy Eye in 1991 and attended Sleepy Eye Public School from 1993 until 1998. He graduated from St. James Public School in 2005. While in high school, Gustavo played football and wrestled. He attended Ridgewater College in Willmar, playing football and studying drafting from 2005 until 2006. He obtained his CDL license and drove truck.
Gustavo is survived by his children, Graciela Ambrosia Flores and Griselda Antonia Flores; mother, Antonia Cardova de Flores; brothers, Vicente Flores, Ismael Flores, Armando Flores, Enrique Flores, and Mauro Flores; sisters, Alma Rosa Garza and Jessica Aracely Pedretti; and many other loving relatives and friends.
