Katie had a vibrant personality and an appreciation for beauty. She was known for her strong spirit and being able to turn other’s junk into treasures.
Katie is survived by her children, Bransten, Rosalie, Evangeline and Gabriel, her fiancé, Andrew Weber, her mother, Mindi Rehbein, her siblings, Jessica Rehbein (Marshall), Charles Rehbein (Monica), Amber Rehbein (James), Megan Rehbein, best friend, Paige Burkel, and many other loving family members and friends.
Katie was preceded in death by her father, Allen Rehbein, her niece, River Rehbein-Knoll, paternal grandmother, Syliva Rehbein, paternal grandfather, Robert Rehbein, maternal grandmother, Barbara Ferry, and her maternal grandfather, Bruce Ferry.
Funeral services will take place at New Beginnings Church in New Ulm, MN, on June 27, 2025. A visitation will be held from 3:00 p.m. to 4:30 p.m., followed by a short service at 4:30 p.m. A light meal will be served afterward. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to help with the funeral and support for the children.
