Details of Incident: Both vehicles were southbound on County Rd. 8 near the intersection of County Rd. 18. Peterson initially activated his signal to turn west onto 110th Street. At that time Segura Garo entered the northbound lane of Cr. 8 to pass Peterson. Peterson learned he had to instead turn east onto County Rd. 18. The vehicles then collided both coming to a rest in the westbound ditch
Extent of Injuries: Minor Injuries to Peterson. No Injuries to Segura Garo
