The City of Sleepy Eye City Council has approved a separation agreement with City Manager Kelli Truver.<\/p>\n
The Council held a closed meeting April 24th to discuss a disciplinary problem. Following this meeting, Truver had been placed on paid administrative leave.<\/p>\n
A follow-up meeting was held Monday (4\/29) morning. This meeting was also closed. Following the closed part of the meeting it was announced Truver and the city had agreed to separate.<\/p>\n

Truver had begun duties as new city manager in February following the retirement of Mark Kober.<\/p>\n

\nKelli Truver has been employed as City Manager with the City since February 2019. The City<\/em>
\nand Kelli Truver executed a Separation and Release Agreement (Agreement) on April 29, 2019.<\/em><\/p>\n
\nseparate from employment with the City in accordance with the terms and conditions of the<\/em>
\nAgreement.<\/em><\/p>\n
\nCity on April 29, 2019, which is her last date of employment with the City.<\/em><\/p>\n
\ncommunicate with its previous third-party consultant to assist the City with the transition to a<\/em>
\nnew City Manager.<\/em><\/p>\n
\nand responsibilities of City Manager in the meantime. <\/em><\/p>\n
