The special City Council meeting held on Wednesday 8\/5\u00a0 was held to determine the fate of Kelton.\u00a0 Kelton was facing unspecified diciplinary charges,<\/p>\n<p>The council approved a motion to dismiss Kelton from employment with the City of Sleepy Eye as of Aug. 10, on a 4-1 vote.
