{"id":143617,"date":"2025-08-12T19:44:22","date_gmt":"2025-08-13T00:44:22","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.sleepyeyeonline.com\/goodnews\/?p=143617"},"modified":"2025-08-12T19:44:22","modified_gmt":"2025-08-13T00:44:22","slug":"swenstad-injured-in-crash","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.sleepyeyeonline.com\/goodnews\/swenstad-injured-in-crash\/","title":{"rendered":"Swenstad injured in crash"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>A 48-year-old Sleepy Eye man was injured when the truck he was driving rolled as he tried to avoid colliding with an SUV Tuesday afternoon a few miles south of Old Fort Road on the edge of Nicollet County.<\/p>\n<p>Chad Michael Swenstad was driving a 2005 Sterling straight truck north on Highway 15 and Bryson Issaiah Milburn, 20, of New Ulm, was driving a southbound Ford Edge on Highway 15 at 1:51 p.m. when the car veered into the northbound lane, the State Patrol said. Swenstad swerved to avoid the SUV and the truck went off the roadway and overturned in a ditch.<\/p>\n<p>Swenstad was treated for non-life-threatening injuries at the hospital in New Ulm.<\/p>\n<p>Both men were wearing seatbelts.
