FFA Members of the Month

Braylon Nelson is a ninth grader and has been in FFA for two years. Braylon joined FFA to be more involved in his community and to make new friends. Braylon is on the Best Informed Greenhand (BIG) Career Development Event (CDE) team and likes being able to meet new people. His favorite FFA activity is the chapter lock in. Since joining FFA, Braylon has learned about FFA History and livestock animals. Braylon is proud of earning his Greenhand Degree.
JP Montemayor is a ninth grader and has been in FFA for two years. JP joined FFA because he wanted to take advantage of the opportunities provided. JP is on the BIG team and likes being able to meet new people. His favorite FFA activity is State Convention. He is looking forward to trying out a new CDE next year. Since joining Ag. Classes, JP has learned about the different careers in agriculture. JP is proud of earning his Greenhand Degree and being on the 1st Place BIG Team at Regions.
Noah Rossbach is an eleventh grader and has been in FFA for five years. Noah joined FFA because he wanted to learn more about agriculture. Noah participates in the Fish and Wildlife CDE. He likes being able to learn about wildlife and seeing the different animals and what they look like. Noah’s Supervised Ag. Experience (SAE) consists of milking cows at Roseview Dairy where he milks, trains new employees, feeds calves, and cleans pens. His favorite FFA activity is the lock-ins. Noah is looking forward to competing in his CDE and spending time with friends in FFA next year. While being in Ag. Class and FFA, Noah has learned more about his SAE and the process of farming. Awards Noah is proud of is placing 1st at State and receiving Silver at Nationals in the Poultry CDE.
Breanna Lopez is a ninth grader and has been in FFA for two years. Breanna joined FFA because she enjoyed her Ag. classes in seventh grade and wanted to be more involved. Breanna is on the Horse and BIG CDE teams and likes that her CDEs are straight forward yet still challenging. Her favorite FFA activity is Timberland Camp. She is looking forward to all of the summer FFA events. Since joining FFA, Breanna has learned more leadership skills and become a more confident speaker. Breanna is proud of earning the 10 Star Leadership Award.
