Food Shelf legend passes away

Long time Sleepy Eye Area Food Shelf volunteer, Josie Rose, passed away April 5th. Josie was the face of SEAFS since the mid 1980, serving 23 of those years as the president of the Board of Directors (1999-2023). She could be found every Monday afternoon passing out food to those in need.

Rose was 92 years old at the time of her death.
