Section Softball: Cleveland 12, Sleepy Eye 2 Five Innings

Sleepy Eye scored first in the 1st inning, Jaelynn Schauman walked and scored on an RBI from Taylor Berkner.  Cleveland scored 2 runs in the 1st inning to go ahead

2-1. In the top of the 2nd Mia Walter hit her first career home run to tie the game 2-2 but Cleveland scored 5 in the 2nd, 2 in the 4th and 3 in the 5th to win by the 10 run rule.

Berkner and Walter had the lone hits for Sleepy Eye

Berkner gave up 12 runs, 10 earned on 11 hits.
